Here is my “mission statement” for this website:
1. To provide a welcoming, vibrant and fun environment for newbies in radio, providing resources and support that may have not been available before, be it training or motivational support.
2. To provide a portal for mutual fun and creativity, encouraging radio to be diverse, eclectic, and the fantastic medium, career path, and frankly plain ol’ fun I believe it’s meant to be.
3. To find better and better ways of creating relevant, entertaining and compelling content, syndicating it powerfully, and being entrepreneurial about it, therefore making it a more and more viable way of making money as well as following a dream career.
4. To help people already in the indusrty to take their career further, to market and place their station effectivly and develop as many good relationships with listeners in every possible way.
